My name is David Kennedy, President and Shareholder of the Firm. Associate Attorney Jonathan Pope has been licensed since 2017 and serves our clients in the areas of Civil Litigation, Domestic and Family Law, Child Custody, Divorce/Dissolution, Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Adoptions, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury.
 

Associate Attorney Nicole Welsh has been licensed since 2007 and serves our clients in the areas of Estate Planning; Wills; Trusts; Deeds; Probate Estate Administration; Guardianships; Adoptions; Bankruptcy; and Small Government Administration.
 

Attorney Bruce May joined the firm in January 2022 in an “Of Counsel” capacity as he began to wind down his law practice and transition his clients to Kennedy & Collins Co., LPA. Bruce has since retired from the active practice of law but still maintains his law license and his affiliation as “Of Counsel” to assist the firm with his former clients, cases and files.
